Section 1: Structural Proofing & Integrity

Are all external doors fitted with bristle strips or sweeps to eliminate gaps >5mm?

Are air vents, weep holes, and drainage pipes fitted with intact mesh screens?

Is the building perimeter free from heavy vegetation or debris that provides harborage?

Are windows in food preparation areas fitted with fly screens if kept open?

Section 2: Monitoring & Active Management

Is the Pest Control Logbook up to date with signed visits for the current period?

Are all bait stations and traps numbered and positioned according to the site map?

Are Electric Fly Killers (EFKs) operational with clean catch trays and active bulbs?

Is there a Staff Sighting Log in place with evidence of management review?

Section 3: Sanitation & Food Safety

Is food stock stored at least 150mm off the floor on appropriate shelving/pallets?

Are external waste bins kept closed and stored on a hard, washable surface?

Is there a 'Clean as You Go' policy evidenced in dry stores and bin areas?

Is stock rotation (FIFO) maintained to prevent out-of-date product attraction?
